I like this thing a lot got exactly what I was buying.

Needs a better headset. Otherwise great product!!!!

I didn't seem to be okay I didn't box it and it was sturdy and well-made. But before I had a chance to use it I found the Xbox brand and bought that and used it instead. I gave this item to a friend. He has not told me of any complaints.

Chatpad works fine for typing, however the headset gets nothing but static. Tried other headsets, same problem exists until removing chatpad and directly plugging in the headset to the controller.

This product works well at first. I'm glad I bought the warranty because I've had this product a month and the headset isn't working already. Also the metal part that plugs into your controller, is too soft.

It's a keypad on your controller with a couple programmable hot keys. That all works great, but the mic connector doesn't seem to hold the input super tight , which leads to some obnoxious audio crackles.

Did what it was supposed to do, but it failed about a week or two later. Could be user error, but everything I've read seems to suggest I did everything right. Maybe I just got a dud.

This item was defective-the symbol buttons did not function properly and Microsoft suppport couldn’t repair the problem. Microsoft has discontinued this product.

Its good for having the full keyboard, the buttons are small and not as click responsive as the old version. This also sits off the control at an awkward angle that limits its comfort.

Fitment sucked, does not line up well, pain to get docked. Disappointed the audio jack is still directly on the bottom. Bad enough without the chatpad, bending the audio jack/cable while gaming but this pushes it even more into your body. NEED a 90 degree adapter for your headset with this. I hoped this would allow my typing in game (non-chat) but not so much. So, overall this was a wasted buy, it does not see much use due to its design and limitations.

Got this for my son. It's decent when it works, but is kind of flaky. If I had to choose all over again I'd pay an extra $10 and get something better.

Using this for pc you will need the xbox bluetooth adapter so you can use the chatpad to text. Been using it for overwatch and it's grear

I love the convienence of having the buttons, but I had to exchange mine 3-4 times because the lighting on the pad were all messed up.

Great to have quick messaging and shortcuts but can only use supplied headset, headset included with Xbox will not connect to chat pad.

I bought the Microsoft - Xbox One Chatpad as a gift for someone. So I really can't comment on it. Sorry.

This item does not work with all games. Not really anyone's fault but the game developers.

I bought this for my 11 yr.old. he didn't like it. Said it was to small. Worked fine.

I bought this solely because I needed a cheap headset. I got to use the headset for all of a day before it broke.
