the kinect works great, you need a decent size living room which i don't have but with a little maneuvering I make it work.

It seem to work very well for the price. it does give more access to other apps and the kids seem to enjoy the function of it

Works great but would have been nice for salesman to point out that it needs an adapter for the XBOX 1S I bought with it.

Sensor has a narrow image captivity and sometimes it switches person captured on the left to the right. I switched from a pre-owned Kinect to a new one and I had the same issue.

Kinect still a fun peripheral for Skype and the few games it has. Voice commands are also useful, but isn't always consistent.

everyone in the family enjoys the activeness this add on requires. i just wish the had a bigger selection of games for it.

well, had to buy it cuz the xbox one s i got didnt have one. It works fine. Could be updated so it isn't so bulky.

Works good but to use for Xbox one s you need a adapter no one told me at Best Buy knowing a new Xbox one s came out at Xmas

I would recommend getting this product. It can control your entire home audio system and a lot can be accomplished hands-free.

Im only giving it 3 stars as I think Microsoft should include the cable to hook it to your Xbox One S. I feel a little ripped off that I couldn't use it out of the box and had to spend an additional $40 to use it. It works great, and I love that you can give it voice commands, etc. good piece of gear. I'm hoping XBox releases more titles and makes the 360 titles for it backwards compatible soon

I mean what can you say about the ease and convenience of telling your Xbox what to do and it responding appropriately?

The kinect was something we wanted to be able to exercise at home and the kinect has worked flawlessly since purchasing.

I mostly bought for the voice command but im loveing the skype app. If you have a xbox one make shure you get a kinect.

I love the Kinect. Just being able to talk to change stations or games is great. Still a lack of good games for it.

Purchased the sensor because I needed it to play a certain game. It performs as intended and is a staple item. Works well.

This is a must have for the xbox one. voice commands work fine and i dont need to use the remote to turn my xbox on

For gamers who don't purchase Kinnect enabled games, this is little more than a glorified universal remote. Perfect for those who want to turn on their whole system with a voice command or controller. It is capable of controlling your TV, Speaker system, and console. I have witnessed Just Dance with a crowd of people in front of it, and am amazed at how well it picks up players.

I only really use this for the voice control, not even sure what else you would use it for other than skype. I love being able to tell the xbox to record game play or open messages but the real benefit is being abke to play, pause, fast forward and rewind when watching netflix or movies. Beyond that, there is not much use and i have yet to find a game that really takes advantage of the kinect.

It was a very solid purchase. It's nice to turn on the Xbox without using a control by just talking to the Kinect

I purchased the kinect 2 for xbox1s. To allow the kids to have fun while exercising. It is doing just that.
