This one this first purchase of a Microsoft product. It's small size packs a useful well balanced punch. Great button layout, easy backlit feature, and solid quality.

Love the product, sleek design makes it really easy to manage. If you have kids that like to push buttons, my youngest likes to push the bright XBOX symbol and turn off the console. You need to be able to allow your controller to see the console for it to work. I plan to keep it for future use, however, there are now apps on the play store that allow you to control your XBOX One with your phone if it is on the same WIFI signal. I do recommend the product though!

This is an excellent remote for the Xbox One. It works perfectly. Would recommend this product if you have an Xbox One and don't want to get up to make changes on the gaming unit.

I love the remote control for the Xbox One. It runs off batteries and you can use it for the video aspect. The best thing I like is that when you touch the back of it, it turns on.

The first thing I would say is convenience, if you using the Xbox as a multimedia player you will love this remote. The reason I have given this 4 stars is the Limited range it has but definitely worth the money.

Works great and provides a much better human interface with console than the game controller while using to view movies on disc.

This remote is SO worth the $20. Using this instead of a game controller makes it easier. The internal motion sensor that lights up the controls is also a nice feature.

Typical inexpensively made lightweight remote. Designed for small fingers. Hate small and light remotes. Use abilty: simple and straight forward. It works!

I really like the size and shape, its easy to grip and the battery lasts a long time.

I've been using this remote for my Xbox One for a few weeks now and love it so far. It really makes the Xbox One feel like an all in one entertainment center. Highly recommended

I didn't want to use the controller to change channels and playback blu rays. This remote gets the job done. Directional buttons are a bit fuzzy as they do not always take the input but otherwise ok.

It lights up when it moves. Its a remote tho, not a bluetooth remote so take to mind that you have to aim it at the xbox. That could be cooler but other than that, this is perfect.

I have my cable box and soundbar all running through my xbox one. I cant ditch 2 remotes i was using before and use this for everything. Like how it lights up for night use

Works as you would expect and allows my son to use the xbox to watch Plex and Netflix without worrying that he'll be playing games while I'm sleeping! :P

50% of the time I my Xbox One won't respond until I remove one of the batteries from the remote and then put it back in. And even when it does work, I have to point the remote exactly at the receiver and press buttons with effort. I know it's not a problem with my XBox One as the standard controller is completely reliable. I do like the button layout on this remote and I like that there's a backlight that turns on when I move it.

This is quite possibly one of the best, if not, best remote controls I have ever used! Everything from texture, to ergonomics, to ease of use are spot on. Plus, it lights up when you pick it up or move it so you can turn on subtitles without issue. I highly recommend this product if you are not into using the gaming controller to navigate your way around other apps like Netflix or Youtube.

Kind of weak when it comes to output and typing but works great for turning it on and off, watching movies, the OneGuide and scrolling through things like the setting, home screen, game shopping ........

The control overall is decent but the fact that the controllers buttons are light a flat surface it makes this controller very hard to use. The button light up feature is pretty nice, turns on when touched.

We use our Xbox for all media purposes which works great for our family. However, we noticed that every time we had a baby sitter the Xbox was a learning curve. We purchased the remote to make it easier for them and it worked like a charm. We use it now when we are watching Netflix and movies too. We love the design it looks sharp and it has handled a huge beating from the boys too.

The remote works with most apps, but I have found that it does not work with all. For example, it wasn't working with Netflix until just recently when an update was finally available for the app.
