This remote is great if watch a lot of movies or videos on your xbox. Allows you to control tv volume along with all your xbox functions and is easy to find in the dark. Only downfall is you have to be pointing the remote directly at the console.

this is my second remote as my first one broke. I couldn't live without it so had to replace.

Got this so that I didn't have to use my controller every time I wanted to watch Netflix. This remote is great and easy to use. Unexpected plus was how the keys become backlit whenever the remote is moved so perfect in the dark.

U need this remote if you are adding an xbox one to your home theater. It is very easy to set up. Xbox will walk you through the whole process. Just be sure to check on the batteries. You will notice when they need to be changed.

This remote is a handy little tool. It keeps you from wasting all of the batteries in your controllers. When you pick it up a sensor turns on a light that illuminates the buttons. Small comfortable to use and not too expensive.

This remote controls Netflix, Amazon prime, and DVDs and blurays without having to fire up the regular remote. This remote is always on like a regular TV remote and doesn't need to be turned on or off like an Xbox controller.

I HATE using the game controllers when watching movies on my Xbox, PS3, etc. Trying to remember what buttons do what is a pain. So, I love using these remotes. It's well worth the money spent when you watch as many movies as I do.

This is a great remote. The small size is perfect and it controls all aspects of the xbox. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the backlight only stays on for 2 seconds - wish it stayed on a few seconds longer when it sensed movement.

I bought the remote because I got tired of the controller constantly going into power-save mode, for when I am watching Netflix or Amazon Prime. It always stays on and lights up the back-light when the remote is moved.

Does everything I needed. Love the backlight. Tried other XBOX remotes, and this one seems to be the best quality. Not a fan of the way it rucks on a flat surface, but that doesn't take away from its performance at all.

I love it. Its awsome for xbox one s. The only bad thing i could say is its bad for older people the buttons are a little wierd to press cause they are inside not tactile. But still pretty great and it illuminates great.

I bought this because I really don't like having to use the Xbox controller when I want to play a movie. This remote works great. It's connects automatically and you don't have to turn it on and off every time you use it.

works perfect as a media remote... cant do all of the same functions as the controller

Nice little remote, but I don't think you really need it. Maybe I'm missing something?

Great to use with Netflix and other Apps instead of controller.
