Remote is very easy to use. Works great for Netflix and Hulu.

It's so nice being able to use this instead of the controller. Have had this for almost two years with no quality issues. There is some wear and tear, but that is to be expected and it looks better than I would have ever expected it to after the amount of use (and by kids) it gets.

Neat little device, easy to use and fits nicely in the hand.

Microsoft makes great hardware and this remote is no exception. I preferred it to the third party remote because it does NOT have number keys - mostly not needed with the apps available. Also missing are gaming buttons, but again you'd use a regular controller to game. The backlighting is a nice touch.

Finally, the xbox one media remote comes out and its awesome, does everything it's supposed to and its got a durable backing to it. Every time the bass hits while watching a movie the remote turns on, it's more just an inconvenience because the lights turn back off in a few seconds, and I was also upset that it's doesn't have a dedicated menu button for watching Blu-rays.

Makes browsing Netflix and hulu much more convenient

We recently added XBox to our household for gaming and streaming movies. However, not everyone is a gamer and so controlling the TV with the game remote was cumbersome. This remote is a great addition. The only drawback is that it's somewhat smaller than most remotes, it could be a bit bigger. Overall, we are glad we bought this remote.

Very intuitive. I am impressed with the technology.

The remote is very solid and has a nice protective silicon (i guess) cover over the entire thing giving it a good grip and protecting the buttons from my kids. Buttons are very responsive, some cheaper remotes don't have good action or feel; this one is quite nice.

Very user friendly, my wife any I really enjoy it!

I love having this remote as compared to using a controller the only thing is that even with the xbox off, it lights up and I often have difficulty turning on my xbox (but that maybe a communication error between my onkyo receiver and the xbox). Overall, it's reduced my controller battery usage and has been amazing

The Xbox One remote is nice, now you don't need to use the main controller to browse the UI and use the apps. It is made of a plastic that makes it nice to hold and won't slip out of your hands, all the buttons are in a place where you would think they would be. The only thing that is missing, and the reason I only gave it 4 stars, is no blu-ray buttons. I
