I like using this remote instead of the controller when playing Netflix/twitch, the only downside is every time you move the remote it lights up and wastes battery life.

Very nice feeling remote that works well, but it's an infrared remote, so it has to be pointed directly at the console to work. For the price of the remote, this shouldn't be the case.

It was nice to finally get a remote for my xbox since we use it as a media device mainly. Dealing with just the controller got very old quickly.

Good remote for watching movies and tv. Controls your tv volume too, and the buttons illuminate when you pick it up. Well worth the money.

The XB1 remote is a nice small device to control the XB1. It is well built and feels great in hand. Super great to use when watching movies or other content on XB1.

I like getting Microsoft products. The remote works really well. Highly recommend if you use your Xbox for more than just gaming.

I only give this thing two stars because it manages to actually work once in a while otherwise it's useless it freezes, and can never seem to stay connected for more than a few seconds to the Xbox one and when it gives out and you have to go back to using the controller the remote interferes that it will freeze and you have to restart just to switch from the remote. I would definitely never recommend this to anyone.

I bought this accessory for my Xbox One, to help me using the media apps like Netflix, Amazon, and Blu-ray player. It works well, no better or less. It's good for the price.

Bought this on the recommendation of a friend. Glad I did. The unit itself will light up automatically. Nice having a regular remote as opposed to using the game controller.

This remote is a MUST for users who want to navigate normally like other AV devices. Great price point, and totally functional.

This is a good little remote. It took us a little while to figure out what some buttons do. It would be nice to have the ABXY button on there.

Takes care of all your simple needs, and makes using the Bluray and Netflix quicker then the standard controler. One trick is you have to point right at the kenect.

Works well hand in hand with the rest of the xbox one gear. Much quicker than waiting for the controller to turn on when watching video.
