This media remote is well worth the $$ spent if you plan to use your Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S for watching TV, streaming movies, and listening to music as much as you play video games. The smaller size is nice.

Great remote for navigating without using up the batteries on an Xbox One controller. An inexpensive way to save on batteries.

This remote is pretty neat. Whenever it moves, the keys light up. Awesome feature especially if watching anything in the dark.

I got this as a gift and love it rather than having to use the xbox one controller. The slimmer size makes watching and navigating through Netflix very easy.

I bought this so I don't use up my controller battery and at first didn't work well on Netflix then after a day it did. After almost a month with a update it stop working on Netflix and now YouTube, I was thinking of taking it back but I'll keep it for my downloaded content from my USB drive. Hopefully it'll work for any third party apps one day till then I'm back using my controller.

Useful for using your system when not gaming. The only thing it lacks are the ABXY buttons.

It worked for a short while but no longer being used. It is useful for watching TV series or movies without having to turn on the other controllers. I didn't mind having to direct the infrared signal to use it. The texture is nice and different. Not all buttons work with different applications. Sometimes too sensitive and a little push of the button over fast forwards or rewinds what I am watching. Also noticed that the on-screen media options don't disappear right away after the controller use and leaving the show dimmed for a longer time than it should. Sometimes freezes.

Best feature of the remote is that it lights up just when you touch it, or shake the couch or table that it's sitting on. Easy to find the remote in a dark room while watching a movie. Could have been Bluetooth instead of infrared.

As someone new to the xbox one world(and xbox world period) this is a must have accessory. Maybe I'm old school but this is much easier than fiddling around with the xbox one controller.

Honestly, not having turn the game pad on and off every time i want to play or pause a movie pays for this 100 times over. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but it IS.

Bought this remote so I could pause my media on my Xbox One without having to turn on my controller. Works as specified and even comes with its own batteries.

Works great for movies and netflix. Alot of the little things when a controller is not needed.

I really like this media remote, it works well and I appreciate the backlit keys. My only complaint is it goes through batteries way too fast! I wish there was a way to turn off the backlit keys option for use during the day as I believe that is the main culprit for burning energy. Overall I would recommend this remote, just be ready to change out batteries about once a month.

it is nice to pick up the remote and not have to turn it on because it went to sleep

The biggest problem I have with the remote is that you have to set up the X-Box One Live TV system before you can use the remote to control the TV. This is a problem for those of us who do not have a live TV set up with the X-Box One. Also don't like a general info button and that it's only got symbols. But overall works better than having to use my controller.
