The remote navigates around to eqsly play movies without using the remote

Overall this is a good remote for using your Xbox as a full entertainment center. A couple minor gripes: It seems like the remote doesn't always work the best unless it's pointed at the Xbox with nothing in the way. Also, the buttons are a bit to rubbery compared to other remotes. However, overall I do like this remote. It is much better for watching cable or controlling Netflix than the actual gaming controller.

I like this remote a lot, the lit up buttons are great and the buttons have nice feedback. Unfortunately, there's no button to trigger subtitles. Considering I want my Xbox One S to become my primary bluray player (particularly since it has 4K bluray compatibility) this is hugely disappointing. Still a good remote though.

It greatly facilitates watching movies on Blu Ray or Netflix.

This is not an essential accessory for the Xbox One because gamers will use the game controllers more often. However, this is great for navigating if watching a DVD or surfing the menus and non-gaming Xbox features. Button controls are smooth, and it sleeps when not in use which preserves the battery power.

This remote truly only works with the Xbox One. You CANNOT program codes into it like you could the Xbox 360 remote. However, if you have a kinect, you can program the Xbox One to send out commands to your TV and other equipment using IR transmitters. Very annoying, but hey, it does great at controlling the Xbox One.

Great remote, i was able to connect easily and now control my tv and Xbox one seemlessly. Great Product!!!

This is a must for and One owner, it perfectly compliments the voice function. this remote allows my in-laws to use the device when that babysit. Love it

Very comfortable and the LED is great. My only complaint is that there is no button to change the tv input.

Remote syncs up to everything so you dont have to have multples laying next to you.

I love my remote. It is way more convenient than having to use the controller.

Does not work the volume on my TV. Does not have a menu button like the 360 remote. All in all a really bad remote for all the features of the Xbox One. Plus the use of blue ray is wasted with this limited use remote. Don't waste your money.

Haven’t able to use it yet. There were no batteries in the box even though it said there was. Haven’t make a special trip to get some.

I cannot recommend this remote even if it is good while working. I bought this remote and after a few months of using it, It developed a single problem. The Xbox One quit responding to a lot of the button presses unless pressed multiple times. Previously holding the volume up and down buttons would repeat the key press. Now it has long pauses between sending the commands if at all. No, it's not the Xbox One, I bought a second remote to test that exact scenario out. The new remote worked perfectly. I returned the new remote and now use the controller instead of this.

I bought this controller and it was supposed to come with battery's and this controller did not come with it. But overall it's a good controller

I've had this remote for over 1 year and I have yet to use it. I really don't need another remote and can use everything I need with controller.
