I have to turn my tv up loud to even try to hear the game. Sometimes I end up playing with no volume. Never had that issue with the original Xbox one.. tempted to go back. Some games take WAY too long to load - up to 5-10 min. Absurd. However, if you can't get past that stuff the Xbox one s is a great console. Good functionality, good apps. I can't get past the first two things that I listed so it gets two stars. CLEAN IT UP MICROSOFT!!!! If you're new to gaming go to Sony PlayStation. Xbox historically has so many more problems than PlayStation it's unreal. I'm not sure why I stick with Xbox but I do. Anyway-- my two cents. Cheers
