all games box 360 not compatible with this console terrible choice

wish it came in black. it would match the other electronic devices

Overall a great unit but the blueray player doesn't work so great

Loading games are a pain and takes way too long. Can't play right away because of downloading. One of the controllers buttons broke the first day, so we only have one now. Boys were happy, but I probably wouldn't have bought if I knew more about products.

The xbox is amazing, but the The controller came with the up button on the directional pad already broken. I've been trying to just deal with it, but i have no idea who to even call about it. Probably not best buys fault at all.

The game sucks....nothing great about battlefield as promoted, game is horribly done, i came from a modern warfare life and this game has ruined this console for ever!! The console took over an hour to get it started from the beginning, so much software to download, felt i lost half the TB HD to BS downloading.....Even the xbox control keypad, required downloading software to use it....never experienced such a tedious console that would make so much work just to get started. I highly do not recommend this console. I was glad i still have my xbox 360. I ended up with an expensive blue ray and 4k DVD player :-(

So I bought this through BBY.com and set pickup to in store. I brought it home, and it had been previously used! The cords weren't wrapped from factory, the console had been previously connected to XBox Live, and the Battlefield card is used. The previous person that had it left their profile signed in. Also, the paper surrounding the XBox was put back on the unit using masking tape. Best Buy sold me this unit at full price when it was a returned unit, they double-dipped on this buy. I hope I can get some sort of partial refund for not being able to enjoy unboxing this product for it's first time.

While the game is fun, the overall picture quality is not very good, the images need to distinguish from each other so the person playing the game can see very clearly, also the sounds are not very pleasant

The xbox 1 has been a disappointment over all. Some cool options but over all the 360 was much more stable. Now Microsoft is abandoning the kinect too... (the slim requires an adapter to use a kinect)

Bought this as a gift for my son. When he opened it and set it up it was missing the HDMI cable and the download codes. Xbox customer service did not help and Best Buy won't reply to my emails

The product did not come with a manual or a place to go for information. That is why I gave it two stars. There was know quick start on how to set the unit up.

very glitch from the start I have a ps4 as well. I have a 4k tv and I can't tell any difference between the video quality on the ps4 vs the xbox1
