I bought the original Xbox One the week they came out, and it was working with no issue until about two months ago. So as far as that is concerned, it was time to upgrade. I saw that the New XBOX One S was going to be on sale for $249, with a free game and a FREE CONTROLLER!!! Who could pass that up. So I did something that I have not done in a long time, I went out to Black Friday on Thanksgiving Day...But honestly, it was probably the best Black Friday experience I have ever had. I stood in line waiting for the store to open for about 30 minutes. Once I got inside, went right over to the Video Games Section, picked up my Console, picked up the free controller, went right to checkout. I was in the store a total of ten minutes... As far as the console goes, it works great, it seems to be a bit more snappy than the previous edition, and the visuals are awesome. The only gripe that I have, and its very small, the controller buttons are loud. But thats it. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

It's great, slim, fast, and has great graphics. The only downside is you have to download a Blu-ray app instead of it already being installed and packaged into the Xbox.

Yes! Just yes! Yes, go and buy the new Xbox One S! Yes, it streams 4K video and movies. Yes, that means Netflix and all the other apps you love can be streamed in 4K (if in fact they are in 4K to begin with). Yes, it supports HDR gaming (which you'll need a 4K tv that supports High Dynamic Range) but it looks beautiful! Yes, the Xbox's Blu-Ray player has been upgraded to a UHD 4K Blu-Ray player with HDR, which in itself is like a $300 value at the least! Yes, it's a 40% smaller console which makes it noticeably smaller and fits almost anywhere! Yes, it's literally everything you love about the Xbox One just better!

Good graphics, good games. Battlefield 1 allows for online multi player use, rather than just the computer. I can spend all Saturday playing if I'm not careful, lol!

Purchase the system for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. I have to admit the new version is definitely a lot smaller quieter running and overall better system.

This is a awesome military based game with amazing graphics and action, and you can't go wrong with Xbox one! The massive storage space is a must if you're a true gamer

Love my Xbox. Great graphics. You will need an external hard drive because the games take up so much memory but, it's worth it. I got a Tb external hard drive for 79.99

I upgraded because the speed and quality of my 360 just were not keeping up. the XBox One is pretty awesome. Great games, great graphics, great console. My only complaint: Its loading speed does not seem to be that much faster than the 360 unless I am in game, then it is faster.

Purchased this device at the recommendation of a Best Buy agent. Essentially get a 4k DVD player and streamer and get a "free" video player with a new and popular game.

Purchased this for my son as a present, but he had rec'd the identical XBOX as a gift. So I had to return the item. But he loves the new XBOX and is addicted to it.

Great package with lots of memory, additional controller, got this on Black Friday for my kids and I to play, so far it is one of the best packages for entertainment.

The new Xbox one S is great. The menu is smooth and the graphics are amazing. Also more people use headsets on Xbox. 4K capabilities are a huge plus. Worth the money

Plenty of storage for the ever expanding capacity required for new games. Much better video quality; 4K, far more stable than the previous incarnation of XBox One.

I already had a xbox one and a 4k tv, but I did not output to 4K. This was a necessary purchase in order to game in 4K and watch movies in 4K. As expected, perfect.

I love the One S mostly for the fact it doesn't have a power brick, other than that all I use it for is Netflix right now, I don't have time to play any games.

Bought another xbone to check out the hdr and 4k upscale. Noticed the difference as soon as it was switched to 4k/hdr on the main menu. Would've given 5 stars had the game been pre-downloaded or given a hard copy of game. Sucks having to wait over an hour for game to download to play.

Been a Xbox user for years since the first console. Quality continues to improve. Really like the new controller and the addition of the elite is a superb option.

I have an Xbox one and I just added this Xbox S to my collection now all my TVs have an Xbox connected. This by far is the most clear in capable of handling 4K yet!

Depending on your faction, Xbox One is a great system. It is clear upgrade from the Xbox 360. Still getting used to all the features. Goes great with a UHD TV.

The fact that this machine could stream 4K and play 4K bluray was the deciding factor for me. The games look great and the movies are superb. I love this machine.
