Plenty of options but load times take forever

Great system...however...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this to play UHD 4K Blu Ray discs and it will not play certain discs like THE HUNTSMAN: Winter War film. Disappointing. No firmware update as of yet. I'd like them all to work out of the box.
