Improvement over original xbox one release

Best Buy Has Worst Customer Support Ever!!!!!!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Game has been great but did pre order promo which included a free Fallout 4 game but was not included with my shipment. 6 days of calling and best buy kept saying they will email download code within 24hrs. This started Monday Oct. 17 and today, the 22, they say they can't find order that shows Fallout included. Luckily, I printed and scanned online page that showed free item,(Fallout 4), Never again will I purchase from Best Buy. I will be getting a $550 refund because returning console and all the games and accessories I purchased with my pre order!
