I own both the Xbox One S and the PS4 Slim. This is by far the better console. It feels like Microsoft has truly perfected the interface, whereas Sony’s interface has always been clunky. Also, the controller fits in the hands better than any other controller I’ve used. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Great graphics, but it is frustrating that it has to install even the disc games. It takes forever.

If you wanted an Xbox One, then this is a decent option to buy. If you can get this on a bit of a sale, it is still a great value for someone who doesn't need the newest, more expensive, console.

I love the product. However, it takes a very long time to download a game if using the xbox game pass. I would recommend buying this model because you can insert disc games that won't take up memory space or a long time to download.

Bought This online for my kids because their old one broke. I came so fast. BestBuy sent me alerts when it was shipped and also once it arrived. It cam in perfect condition Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

During this pandemic it has been a great investment, it helps us all in the family entertain ourselves and we play with other relatives without having to be at home, thus we comply with social distancing but we share as a family

Fast delivery and impressed that Best Buy had stock when no one else did. Love that the warranty is affordable and actually covers the product in the way all warranties should without all of the pesky “fine print”.

Good device for either gaming, just for entertainment, or both. Watch 4K Blu-ray or steam from any of your favorite apps. Play all of your old & new generation Xbox games. Good size hard drive for a few games, but if you plan on owning or downloading a decent amount of newer AAA games like Call Of Duty & other sizable d/l's, a external hd is needed.

Best Gift ever. It was his favorite. We will use this every day. Xbox is the best. he is so happy for this purchase and it was delivered on time. We will use Best Buy for all electronic purchases going forward.

The console itself has been great. My only issue has come from the controller randomly disconnecting from the console. This is the first time I’ve had this problem though so it could just be a faulty controller.

I enjoy playing my different games and connecting with friends and family while I'm playing. It's fun playing against them and being able to talk to them at the same time. Especially since COVID-19!

Searched multiple stores & websites and Best Buy came through! The right product for the best price. Pick up was suoer easy, they brought the console right out to my car! Excellent customer service, thank you!
