Lots of updates not so much fun

It took me 2 days before I actually started using it. If I need to play something quickly it needs an update, if I connect a new remote it needs an update. Each game you download takes forever before you can start using it. Microsoft needs to address all these annoyances in the next product interation. The UX is very disappointing.
