doesn't play all 4k HDR disks

Bought star trek and this will not play the whole movie. Was told by tech support this is a gaming console 1st and uhd player is not its main function. Was told my disc must be bad butitplays fine in the Philip player I'm not happy with my purchase. I already had a gaming PC. Can't believe this

Horrible product! DO NOT BUY

Games take a day to download even with the disc. Kinect is not compatible with Xbox One S, you need to buy a SEPERATE adapter which alone is $50. Interface is prehistoric looking, everything is overpriced, machine breaks and overheats easily. Please for your sake go with a PS4
