Bought this and it stopped working after 3 months... just wont turn on I tried everything!

Great game console for a family member or yourself.

Its slow and lags and sucks everything needs data.

We have both the Xbox One S and the normal Xbox One, the Xbox One S has been very reliable. Great graphics although I didn't notice much change from the normal Xbox one. This device seems to be a bit faster than the original Xbox and that's awesome. Overall, been very happy with my purchase.

After lot of contemplation whether to move to a PS4 or an xbox one s, made the call and got the xbox one s, so far experience has been very positive...easy to setup..and neat game play, haven't tried out all the other stuff,..

I purchased the console originally from microsoft store. Product hardware malfunctioned. After many hours and dropped calls I was finally able to initiate a refund with microsoft support. I decided to buy an xbox from best buy so that the product purchase would be tied to a physical location. while I am happy with best buy in the purchase, product continues to have issues, unsure if it is hardware, account related or controller malfunction but game will sign out of my account randomly which seems to somehow affect gameplay offline. Not really sure. Efforts to settle refunds for digital purchases for previous account and system have been met by an impersonal microsoft support team. Support team seems to be from india, and while they seem like nice people, they are not authorized to resolve problems with your account. If you are lucky and complain enough you may get someone stateside but even they do not fully seem able to resolve problems. I previously had a wii u, and have had many game systems including the atari, nintendo, SNES, genesis, 64, game cube, playstation 1 and 2 and the wii. This is my first new generation console. I don't know if the switch and the playstation 4 have these issues but I have never had these kinds of issues with previous systems. I wish I had just kept my wii u and regret this purchase and the additional time I have spent on the phone with microsoft support to not have resolved problems. This product is not worth the cost of purchase. There have been so many issues that have come up in the use of this product and in dealing with microsoft support than I have detailed and your will never get back the value of your time spent attempting to get resolutions on simple issues.

I would give this purchase zero stars if I could. I bought this bundle for Christmas and when we plugged it up, it was pre-loaded with a few trash downloaded games, a Microsoft account that doesn't belong to us and a Netflix account with 3 profiles that was already logged in and available for use. Best Buy tried to pass off a used console as new and I am beyond disappointed and irritated. My son has to bring it back from another state so I can return it. Scam alert!
