I played for about an hour and the controller immediately had issues the (rb) and (right analog) I stopped playing and checked the xbox and realized it was extremely warm to the touch. As of ten minutes my HDMI cord is apparently not connected to my xbox when it is. Also not getting any audio through my headset or TV. I don’t know who I need to get into contact with but please someone make contact with me so I can get my money back.

I’m a Microsoft products guy but I’m starting to think about going to the Sony PlayStation. This particular X-Box was purchased to replace another console that had the video/hdmi card go bad. Not impressed with Microsoft quality anymore.

Not even a month- BROKEN

I got this as a present for myself for my 21st birthday. I’ve been playing Apex nonstop for hours and then switched to Hulu to watch some American Dad, it gave me a BEEERRRREEE sound and then turned off. Hopefully it will start working again, but I’m doubtful.

Stopped working after a couple months

When I took it back in they didn't care to do anything about it.. This is one of two really bad experiences I have had at the Best Buy at West Gate in Spartanburg.

I have replaced batteries, and tried new controllers. The same issue continues. I have not had time to come back in and exchange it.
