Had to return the entire unit due to the controller not staying connected. Why not just exchange the controller Best Buy? Now the second unit did not have a power cord. Not happy with Microsoft. I know Best Buy will exchange it, but two trips over 30 miles each way. Frustrating!

With this system you have to create a MS account, and have to subscribe even to play FREE games. We returned it and buying a PS4 which is less intrusive.

We're sorry that your new Xbox One S hasn't quite lived up to expectations. While Xbox One S won't play every game out there, it is compatible with all Xbox One games and backwards compatible with hundreds of Xbox 360 and original Xbox games. We hope you give it another shot!

Pubg being an Xbox exclusive and me wanting to play it and not drop 1400 on a computer for one game I took the plunge. Now I own a PS4 Pro which on my 4k TV games look really good. I haven't played anything besides pubg and fortnite but the graphics are night and day difference from my PRO which I knew getting into it. pubg is very grainy almost 720p quality which is kind of disappointing (on a 4k TV). I know its not finished but I see much better quality coming from the X and PC so the potential is there. A game in 2018 running in that kind of resolution is kind of sad. The gameplay of pubg does kind of make up for it. Its a fun game to play. I bought the bundle with a 1TB Xbox one S w/ PUB G for $250.00 on sale. Which I needed a 4K bluray player seeings my PRO does not support that. So for that feature and being able to play some of the Xbox exclusives my purchase is validated and am happy with my choice. If you have the extra coin and are looking to play Xbox more than a ps4 buy the X and get the most from your console. For me a casual Xbox gamer and mainly PS4 PRO gamer this fits the bill.

This was probably caused by someone dropping it. I have not returned it yet, but I will. Very disappointed at console condition.
