I love the games we have but one of the main reasons I bought it was for the 4K player. I can not get a 4K Blu-Ray to play. Someone told me I may have to install an app but that a little difficult with no wi-fi. I asked the salesman to make sure I could play my 4K movies but was never told about having to install an app. No big deal if this is the case I'll figure out a way to get the app on there.

Faster than the regular Xbox but has frozen up a few times and required restart.

This is my first Xbox and have been happy over all. I like the controllers and have been happy with the content. My only complaint is to have to pay a monthly fee to play online. I do not agree with that unless broadband was free.

We have Xbox 360, Xbox One and PS4. This is our second Xbox One so the boys can battle with one another from their bedrooms. As always, Microsoft has continued to develop and grow this product into an even more stable platform! Kudos

My son enjoys the games. The extra storage is nice as is the 4K Blu-ray player.

I am realy happy that I got this model. Nice design and works well.

My boyfriend used to have a system and I thought it would be nice to have one. Great for when I need to get some work done, but he just needs a distraction. Nice system, but don't know much about how it works. Like that it also plays DVDs.

I have both PS4 and more recently, the Xbox One S. If it weren’t for some of the awesome stand alone titles (uncharted, etc.), I would drop the PS4. And, if you are looking for a blue ray/4K player, this is amazing.

I got this for my sons bday he loved it we had it for a long time he enjoyed it for a long time it worked for a long time until he grew out if it .it was a little slow at times but other than that it was good buy he was happy the games as all other games were expensive and the variety was a huge so that was nice

Went from a 360 was skeptical from some of the reviews I’ve read. But happy I did. Have had no issues with it at all. Was a change going from the 360 to this but very happy. Easy to link up to Alexa.

This is a good starting system, it comes with everything you need to start gaming. (This is my first xbox) I am usually a playstation gamer, but wanted to play the new forza exclusively for xbox. I have to say it's a good system.

the price was a deciding factor much cheaper than others at the time

I have the original Xbox One too. The addition of HDR looks great in Origins, if your TV supports it. Went with another Xbox over PS4 due to the ability to play 4k Blu rays.

Works Great, I have not played in years and this was better then expected.

This is so much more than a game machine. It's nice having a ton of streaming apps available on the console. I wish there was more backwards compatibility with 360 games, but that's definitely not a deal breaker.

Upgraded from a X-box 360 to the new system & it was well worth it.

Great graphics, kinda sucks you have to pay for XBOX LIVE.

My kids love their Xbox! They have fun talking with friends over the headsets too! Setting up the system does take a good amount of time going through all the screens, but once done we haven’t had to do again.

Like PlayStation more but the graphics on this thing are crazy

Just because I'm an Xbox fan doesn't mean this review is not true. I think this is a very reliable and excellent system. I think the quality is great. I recommend this gaming console to everyone.
