Very disappointed

The remote control would not stay connected to the system even after multiple battery changes. Called and had to return the entire system a 60 mile trip. My wife wound up spending more since they did not have the same system. I opened the box and no power cord. Another 60 mile trip. I returned the whole system and got my money back. Had a bad experience with customer service. I don't recommend best buy. Very disappointed.

No xbox live code given

I did not know I would need one until I unpacked the box and read the card, therefore making it impossible to know I would have to ASK the cashier to include it on my receipt.

xbox is horrible

I'm not sure how Microsoft is getting away with charging so much money for a system that was very difficult and limited to deal with. There was no functionality to it. Couldnot download and watch at the same time,remote limited to only physical batteries, had to download a dvd player just to watch movies, resolution and graphics where very poorlyrics rendered, if anything I had gotten it just to try halo but it really wasn't worth the 300 price tag. I'll be happy to stick with my ps4 or any Sony product in the future, sooo much better lol.

I'm not overly impressed with the Xbox One S.

Never Again...grrrrr

This proved to be very expensive and frustrating. We’ve had it more than a year and still hate it. Main use? Blue Ray DVDs!

Now this one won't connect to our wireless, Not happy. If you do buy an Xbox One BUY A WARRANTY!! Best Buy has been great to us. They have helped with every issue.

Great Product, BUT

After getting it home and setup, I found out otherwise. I researched the fact, and found this on the Microsoft website. The Xbox One console does not feature Bluetooth functionality. Headsets cannot connect to the console using Bluetooth." The link:https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/connect-compatible-headset . I consider this a bit of "False Advertising". I'm an Elite plus member, don't write many reviews but, felt this was important. I'm giving it a great review because the system is fantastic and I'll figure something out. Read into it everyone!

Worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You know all those problems you were having connecting your headset, downloading certain items, etc...well the new Xbox fixes all of those issues seamlessly. I chose not to go with the one X because there are not enough 4k games to justify paying twice as much. Besides, when that day dies come...the one X will be old news!
