We're sorry to hear that your digital copy of Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is missing. The code for the game is printed on a paper insert included inside the box. If you're still unable to locate it, we recommend first checking the folds of the box to make sure it didn't accidentally get lost. Otherwise, we urge you to exchange the bundle for a new one if it's still within Best Buy's return period.

I exchanged it at the same store 3 times and all 3 had the same noise. Lots of apps and updates but I should've gotten a refund and tried my luck at another store.

Blu Ray player lackluster

A Good system thier many games to play

I wish later xbox One models have A faster speed 4k disc Drive so games install faster. You need to consider upgrade internet speed if rely on xbox store ,Gamepass for games. Getting the system cheaper I will forget the minor issues. See I got some games for xbox one I’m okay with it after I got used to it, I still Prefer ps4. Note only reviewing the system not the bundle game.

It's much smaller and less noisier than my old xbox. Loving the Division 2 btw. I put over 40 hours into at this point. Plus the free month of game pass is nice to, the only I don't like is that it only has 2 usb ports. Other than that, the bundle was definitely worth it.
