I purchased this console during pre-order and I have to say it is the best thing to own for a Gears Of War Fan! It came with the Gears of war limited edition controller, Gears of war 4 game, all 4 original gears of war trilogy& Judgement Day downloadable games. I love the feel of the new controller and the system overall is amazing and fast!

Great graphics lots of memory surpassed all my expectations

The Xbox console and controller are amazing. The only downfall is that the you get a season pass with your game which at this very moment hasn't gotten you anything. 2 new maps(maps from previous gears so not really new) have been released but everyone has access to them. The season pass seems pointless but hey it came with it so whatever.

I love the look of the gears of war edition xbox one s and the extra sounds for turning on/off and ejecting discs are cool and not annoying as I thought they might become. love the 2tb memory. Any advid gamer wont fill up the space, only the hardcore gamers who buy a new game or more every month will be able to fill up the space.

First and foremost! The detail they had while making the Xbox is incredible! I am no gamer but this Gears of War edition is phenominal! Now to the Xbox One S, its quiet, smooth, and the Bluray/4K feature is great!! If you looking to buy gears if war, and in the market for a new console or 4k player, pull the trigger on this one!!

Absolutely love that the console is smaller and sleeker than the standard Xbox One. The red used for the Gears 4 Edition is just right too. You can't beat getting an awesome gaming system with a 4K player included. The sounds on power up/down and ejecting discs are an added bonus of awesomeness. Super happy with the purchase.

I bought this for my son because his original Xbox one was starting to have problems. Paid the extra cash to get the gears of war themed one, but other than a different coat of paint and some startup sounds, it's a basic 2tb Xbox one. Not sure that the extra cash spent was worth it, but collectors would probably enjoy it.

Very sleek console and the extra 2TBspace is great

Previous Xbox was a 500GB which ran out of storage space even though I had an external 1TB drive connected. The 2TB HD in this Gears edition, plus the ability to play 4K bluray dics was a good enough reason to upgrade. The 4k discs play great (even though the discs are pricey). You'll need to do a lot of tweeking on the Xbox and 4K Tv settings to get everything to look its best. Cons: 1. No headset included. 2. A $40 adapter to use a Kinect2 on a Slim is over priced. 3. It takes a long time to copy the old games and apps from the old Xbone to an external drive, then copy everything back to the new Slim. Note: An old Xbone formatted external HD will be recognized by the new Slim (Don't believe rumors saying it can't be read). 4. Don't put the Slim in power saving mode if you have an external HD connected. The drive will "go away" and not be seen sometimes unless the Slim is restarted. Disable the Power Save mode (which is also know as Instant Startup). Pros: Great picture, 4K movies are clear and bright, plenty of space for games (at least for a short time), HDMI cable included, and Gears.

This console has all the bells and whistles! Outside of being very well designed, Microsoft has really made a great system at 2 TB more than enough space for all media needs. I'm not worried about the W10 style interface because I bought this for my Gaming and media needs to which I say BRAVO! Microsoft Bravo!

my son had an older system and we decided to upgrade to this one. its a great buy for the storage space and the game. Also love the color. System works beautifully and with the geek squad i know if anything goes wrong they will take care of me.
