Xbox One S is a worthy upgrade
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from a day one launch xbox one, I have to say this upgrade was well worth it. 40% lighter, takes up way less space in entertainment center, and also doesn't have that clunky and huge power brick adapter. Did I also mention is has HDR, 4k streaming and 4k Uhd blu ray playback. The Xbox One S trumps the older xbox in every way possible, I'm so glad I made the upgrade.

In my opinion, XBox does it right

But, I figured it was time to upgrade to the Xbox One S. The value of this package cannot be beat! A 4K capable machine with a game and controller. And with my Xbox live and add on hard drive I was back into the game in no time. In my opinion Xbox does it right and I enjoy it much more than the PlayStation.

Pretty awesome system!

I'm coming from a day one launch Xbox 360 that finally died. (Impressive it lasted 11 years) The graphics are amazing, surround sound is great, games are fun. Online play seems much better from what I've seen so far. All I'm missing is a 4K TV which I intend to buy when the new models role out early 2017.

Not really worth it

Had to dig deep to find out why it wouldn't play notmal blu-ray, some box unchecked in video settings. Why this isnt & the bluray app aren't standard is ridiculous, but it's Microsoft so what do you expect. The picture quality is great on 4k movies & bluray. Couldn't really tell a difference with gaming. If you have an xbox & need a 4k player, trade/sell your xbox & get the xbox one s. Other than that, its really not worth it.

Love the Xbox

I play Destiny with him and play all the time. I like the system and the simplicity of the menu and how you can get free games by having gold. I like using it so far and really enjoy it.
