Had a few glitches in setup. Controller would not stay connected. I had to connect via USB cable in order to update the controller. With only one controller with system, it couldn't function without it as the controller would not work properly. After I worked through the setup, everything went smoother. One issue I thought was a HUGE DRAWBACK is this. I was told when I purchased the item if at any point in the next two weeks, the item was cheaper, bring in the receipt and they would refund the difference. So the items goes cheaper within the 2 weeks, I bring in the receipt and Best Buy says "Sorry, you need to bring the item back. We'll refund you and then you can take the item back through the checkout to get the discount." UNACCEPTABLE!!!! They changed their policy from the time I bought it to the time the unit went on sale. So the unit gets 4 stars but Best Buy get -1 star for customer service. Next time, I will purchase online at another retailer and bypass the store.

This console is fun. The price is and it includes an extra game. Highly recommended this console to anyone that wants to save money and have a game on the side.

So this console is great. My one and only complaint is the fact that it is only 500gb. Useable storage is about 350gb. So after you load around 4 games your almost at max storage. I did return this product only to buy the 1 tb for 50 more. Need more storage, get a external harddrive.

The Xbox One S is a nice addition to any home. The ability to play video games and have 4K video capability is nice and the relatively low price is hard to beat.

Super happy with my item it works great on my new 4K TV and I also bought from Best Buy I go there for all my electronics needs and I love that they price match

Definitely recommend. Great system and game. FYI, recommend purchasing an external hard drive if you plan on playing multiple games. The 500GB fill up fast.

I bought this wanting better graphics than ps3 and can't go wrong with the 4k Blue Ray Player. Battlefield is a great game to show how awesome those graphics are.

Great purchase and upgrade from the xbox 360. Not a single regret, the system is awesome. Hoping to see more xbox 360 games to be able to be played on the One S.

After opening for Christmas the kids loved it. Very good bundle buy getting the extra controller and game with the console. Setup was easy and self explanatory.

Playing 4k movies and upscaling is what I was looking for and it is what I got. You can buy a native 4k player for 200 or the xbox one S for 240. Easy decision!

I did the one s "upgrade", its the same machine with a different look. The coolest feature is that the big power brick is no more as its internal. Bottom line: Unless you want/need the 4k features it is an unnecessary purchase as its the same xbox one with cosmetic upgrades.

This is super fast i turn it off and pick up right where i picked up i order online went straight to the store and it was there in and out skipping the line

Well made, looks as nice as I expected it. Usuall console problems like taking a while to download games but other than that I haven't run into any problems.

I love this new version Xbox one. It's slim and it fits practically in small hideouts. Also, I like the fact that it doesn't have the huge bulky power block.

we had the XBOX 360. we upgraded to this system for a very good price. we haven't gotten many games yet, but so far, it seems like a good decision to upgrade.

Only adds 4k to movies and streams. May run a little faster but if you have a working one is not worth the upgrade. Not so much because of the device itself but because not all 4k tvs will work with the one s. So before you buy you'll have to check if your TV is compatible with it

Xbox One is not just a gaming system. It is a total entertainment system. Now with the Xbox one s I can enjoy my movies and TV shows in 4k and have HDR gaming.

I don't play a lot of games but bought as a UHD DVD player. Works well, connects easy. Only downside is setup time to update firmware. Otherwise very pleased

I love my xbox. I wanted something to play my 4K movies on with my lg tv and the Xbox was cheaper than purchasing a 4K player and it has multiple purposes.

I got this to replace my old xbox one. It's an amazing upgrade because I can now watch movies in 4k. Games like Forza & Gears see a huge jump in visuals too!
