Upgrade over XBOX One
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to upgrade to the XBOX One S to take advantage of my 4K HDR TV. The picture quality with the new device is great. Loading speeds seem faster as well.

Great VideoGame Console, Good HDR 4k Player
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I cannot completely compare this to other 4K players, it can't play Dolby Atmos for the 4k playback, yet, but Microsoft promised to include it in an update soon and that sold me on this over the other similar cost options. I have owned the Samsung before and that works great, but I like the Microsoft Xbox and felt a two-in-one product was the better option for me.

Decent Console, Needs Better Hardware

The backwards compatibility offered for my XBox 360 games clinched it for me when I looked to upgrade. The XBox One is a decent but underpowered console. Some fo the new features are very nice, including streaming support and better apps. Loading screens take a very long time, however...have something else to do while you wait. My personal experience is further compromised due to the wifi card going kaput after 2 weeks of use. It's a nice console, but it is not a step up in console quality from the 360, merely in capabilities.
