I bought this for my son for Christmas. Set up was easy apart from all the passwords required to work with the microsoft systems. My son was able to keep up with his online friends, no one was playing 360 anymore. I have not tried the backwards compatibility, but that is a plus. The white controllers are $20 more when purchased separately. So that is a consideration if you want matching controllers.

Finally decided to upgrade from the xbox 360. The price was right over the holidays and wide selection of games are available now. Haven't had a chance to test the 4k graphics yet as I don't have a 4k TV but it's next on my list to purchase.

Love the quality of the 4K on my Sony 50" TV. HDR awesome and setup was okay for Xbox 1S. The only set back is the day one updates. The console has to be hardwired or done through a thumb drive. Oh and a free 4K move and game can't complain

Great console. Graphics on the games are excellent. Games take forever to download.

My wife got this for me for Christmas. I'm a PlayStation guy all the way but I decided to try Xbox. The interface is a little complicated for me. I love PlayStation allot better. The games are definitely great looking on it but I honestly didn't see many that I liked. All in all its an okay gaming console.

I only gave 4 stars because ps4 is better but best buys price was good on the xbox

My son is thrilled with his surprise Xbox One S! Can't say enough about the awesome service I was given. They explained all to this non-gaming mom!!! Enough memory but not too much! Great games available and options to play with friends!

I like the platform on the Playstation better. It's easier to use for a average gamer. I also have issues with connectivity that I never have with the Playstation on the same network. Also when you turn off a controller and turn on another, you have to completely sign out which you don't have to do with the Playstation. Still a great gaming platform and the EA sports access is really nice!

This xbox runs smooth and also looks great. Easy to turn on and easy to set up

Great Xbox and looks really cool too. The only thing I don't like is the hard drive size. Didn't realize ever game you have needs to be installed on the Xbox and Battlefield 1 was over 50 GB!!! Good thing the hard drive is expandable

Great buy. Didn't know we would have so much fun with this. The system was still on sale at Best Buy and There were so many extras including the gift card that I am going to use towards another game. Happy Holidays and thanks Best Buy!

We already have a xbox1 but purchased this one because it streams the 4k dvds. It works great, pictures are clear. I haven't had time to play a game on it but my husband played the battlefield game it came with and really enjoyed it.

This system is much faster than the previous model and the 4k graphics is really good. my son says there is no delay in connectivity and games are much for fluid while playing. He also says no more glitches with connections either.

I mainly got it for a lrice match. Looking for someone to sell battlefield 1 too

Was a PlayStation fan from way back. But with the 4K capability I am hooked.

Chose the Xbox One for my guy for Christmas. The graphics and sound are AMAZING!

Nothing really different from the original xbox one. Wish I would have brought that one instead because its cheaper. Great bundle though and I got it on a special so it came with madden. Download speed is really fast when downloading games, only takes an hour or two sometimes less dependijg on the size. Smaller than the xbox one build and pretty. Overall really pleased with the system.

Finally got me an Xbox One,so far it's really a great entertainment and gaming system I even sold my Apple TV because this all of that and more. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is graphically I feel it should be further along,most games I've played only seem slightly better than and the same as the old Xbox 360. It works great at what it does having no issues as of yet.

Originally bought this because it was the best deal around for a 4K blu ray player. It was the first game system I'd had in a long time and I've really come to enjoy the video games Xbox has to offer now too. Highly recommended.

I'm using this as a media center. I have our cable box pass thru and everything goes up to a projector. It is worth it alone just to use it to be able to control by cable box or netflix/amazon video alone for my projector setup.
