Sorry to hear that you've had a problem with one of your controllers! It should still be covered by our manufacturer warranty though! You may want to request a service/repair for your controller. Here's how to go about getting that process started.

We have to use wifi due to our location. Won't load games and always updating. I have spent several hundred dollars on games, but the kids can't play them due to the internet issue. They don't warn you about this, and Xbox live is an extra sixty dollars a yr. Rip off!
