Hard to knock it

Playback is ok as the first iteration, but lots of updates have been coming and they will always get tweaked and improved. Gaming is obviously the same as before so don't expect anything new on that front. Slimmer chassis and a few refinements are a nice touch. Recommended

Great overall product

You can use it to download apps and watch Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and Amazon videos. It's perfect if you game AND want to watch tv.

Love the 4K

Player looks great but does not upconvert old blus. Could notice right away when i played Guardians of the Galaxy. Gaming upscale does a really good job, HDR on Gears really makes the game pop and look even better. Cant wait to see other HDR enabled games in the future.

If you're just a regular gamer than defiantly just keep your Xbox one, but if you have extra cash laying around it wouldn't hurt

You can even connect your tv to automatically turn on when you start your gaming device on and connect your cable box to the console to watch tv as well.

I don't have very many games, I go for quality not quantity (halo, borderlands, and fallout). The smaller hard drive was good for me.

Only downfall that I are is that it still takes forever to load a game and then the update after loading the game. What is it worth Microsoft and updates...

Good 4K, mediocre system

Menus are clunky and mandatory game installs are terrible. As gaming is concerned I would recommend a PS4, but for a more media center type device that will support 4K disks by default it would have to be this.
