the controller is having trouble staying linked to the console so i had to get a $2 cord and just use the controller that way, not sure if this is a xbox one s issue or just me but rather than return i will be good with a corded controller. plays 4k and right now thats a good price

I purchased one the night it was released, and I don't regret it at all. Getting both Halo 5 and the MC Collection is a huge bonus! This is what the Xbox One should have been in the first place! Getting a 4k blu ray player is also a huge bonus. Definitely recommend getting one!

Not much of a gamer... was a PS fan however this came bundled with my TV for great savings. It was well worth it. Great Picture on Blueray and the games are alright. Its a bit to get used to switching from PS3 however glad I upgraded. The 4K Xbox with the 4K tv really rocks.

Found out the XBox One S is a placeholder system - an upgrade over the XBox One to allow for 4K Blu-Ray and HDR, but does not have the processor upgrades necessary to render 4K games. So for gaming, no real upgrades over the original, but for media it is worth it. Also, having abandoned the Halo franchise after 3, this was a great way to pick up the entire series in a modern format.

For those who already have a xbox one, then this should not be considered. But if you don't already have a xbox one and have a 4k television then this is the console for you. With 4k and HDR support, games and movies will give you that crisp look and beautiful colors.

Great form factor and speed for gaming along with 4k for video for only $300.

Bought to use as a UltraHD player being that it was at a better price compared to the Samsung alternative. Great picture quality , HDR Gaming in the future will be a plus ! * Side note : Remember to adjust picture settings in Xbox to get benefits of HDR10 output.

I have a 4K TV, 4K cables, and the XBOX ONE S is TRUE ULTRA 4K,,, NOT UP TO 4K... The very first thing when setting it up, it asked me... WE NOTICED YOU HAVE A 4K TELEVISION... WOULD U LIKE TO SWITCH TO ULTRA 4K VIEWING? its definitely better than the XBOX ONE...

This was an excellent purchase with the better looking design and the addtion of 4k streaming/bluray this is one product you should take a close look at. Not to mention it brings a better controller and with the halo bundle at 299$ it makes this an obvious buy.

The XboxOne and NBA2K17 were a 16th birthday present. It was just what he wanted. In the past more tech minded friends have been needed to install, but he had no trouble this time and his avatar and the stars of the NBA have been happily playing away since.

In search of a 4kUHD player? Buy this. The comparative price to a 4kUHD player and the XBoxOne is about $50.00 less. But being able to use state of the art gaming for $50.00 is well wroth it. Much props for the XB1 platform. I get compliments all the time.

Typically users by an Xbox One console for gaming, I bought it to use as an entertainment platform and it delivers. The OneGuide application is awesome. It comes as close as you can get right now for recreating the channel surfing experience via streaming services. With the addition of the HDHomeRun for free OTA channels, It makes cutting the cord seamless.

I actually had to return this specific console because it did not have any cables in the box. No power cord, no hdmi. Crazy! I did end up getting the Battlefield 1 green xbox 1s though and have really enjoyed the console. The smaller size is nice for fitting it on a shelf and the fact the PSU is build in is a really nice upgrade for space saving.

I traded my original Xbox One in for the new S model. I wanted the 4k blu-ray/hdr improvement that it offers. Couldn't be happier! Great console and best deal for 4k blu-ray player on the market. Great improvement to an already great system.

Right off the bat, I love how this console is so much slimmer than the original. Then you get into the ability to pay games at a higher resolution and the built in 4K player make this a must have for gamers and movie enthusiasts alike.

Much faster than he original Xbox one and the 4K is amazing

My son absolutely loves the xbox1 the graphics are amazing and we are able to watch Netflix on it which is a huge plus! The only complaint we have is the salesman said ALL Xbox games could be downloaded on the new one and they can't!
