Labyrinthine, long, tedious process to set up

I now have to enter password each time I want to use Netflix. Remote often doesn't connect and doesn't stay on very long if I do manage to get it to turn on. Didn't have these problems with Xbox 360

Disappointed

One of my other children has a WiiU, which has proven to be a lot of fun. I purchased the XBox because it was cheaper than PS 4 and the Nintendo Switch. The XBox One took 3+ hours to set up on Christmas Day, and is too confusing for my children to turn on and play on their own. Minecraft is the same version you can download for $7 on an Apple Device. They prefer the WiiU version more. If I were to shop for a console again, I would pay the extra $100 for a better console.
