I like having everything right at my fingertips. I was considering getting a new controller with the 3.5 jack, but this allows me quick controls while playing.

I was able to use my Turtle Beach headset from my Xbox 360 with this and works great. Comes with a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter.

Was glad to find this at BestBuy. Received headset as gift and could not use until I had adapter. Works well with no issues and like the easy access controls.

This device helps with the used of a headset, easy to use not complicated. Even for someone new to the xbox.

I had previously bought headphones for my xbox and needed an adapter to use for the remote so I can use them. This was what I was looking for and worked well.

It works just freat. Would be nice if there were more features but it does the job. I also just wish it wasn't necessary.

I recently purchased my husband the turtle beach headset for his Xbox 360. Let me tell you, its very intense when that thing goes on. He can literally hear nothing but his game. But I was sad when we purchased the Xbox One and the headset wouldn't work with it. We found the adapter piece, and besides a horrible customer service experience during the holiday season at the store, the product works great. It took a very long time to sync with the controller and device though. Otherwise, great product.

Saved my Turtle Beach Headset with this attachment.... Another attachment i had to buy for the Xbox One.... But oh well.

This adapter allows me to use the headset that I am comfortable with since playing Xbox 360. Works well, no complaints here

Using headset adapter with stereo headphones is like watching tv in color for the 1st time - for those of us who remember black and white tvs

this is great for my old Turtle Beach PX22 that i had for my Xbox 360. I have the original Xbox One controller so i need this adapter so i could use them.

This adapter allows gamers to use Xbox 360 headsets while playing on Xbox One. Saves from buying new headsets when you already have expensive Xbox 360 ones.

When I purchased an Xbox One, I was not looking forward to buying a new headset. Luckily with this adapter, I am able to use my Xbox 360 Turtle Beach X42 headset with my new Xbox One. After configuring with the buttons on the adapter for a bit, I finally was able to get the chat levels at a good volume. When I first plugged it it, the voice levels were very low. The only issue that I have noticed is the slight decrease in surround sound performance compared to when I use it with my old 360.

Well I enjoyed this device since I just wanted to listen to movies or tv shows without using a mic. It's decent but I think I'll be using a mic as well.

Bought this in order to use my Turtle Beach PX51 gaming headset. Works like a charm! Just make sure you update your headsets firmware to support Xbox One.

This unit is great. It does exactly what it's supposed to do which is allow me to use my gaming headset with my Xbox and to listen to all game audio, not just chat through my headset. Great for when your kids are asleep at night and you cannot have the sound coming out of the speakers. Only gripe I have is that I feel this should have been part of the actual gamepad from Microsoft or at least included with the system. Now Microsoft is releasing new gamepads that have this integrated.

Works great and is not to awkward to use but the wire has a ten dance to break if you rest it on your waste or belly.
