    This product works as expected but as I purchased this for my second headset that did not come with one I found some things useful on that model which this one did not have. First my other adapter that came with a Turtle Beach Headset has a flashing light for when you are muted. This is incredibly helpful when you first plug in and see that someone else muted the mic right away rather then having to play with the settings or wonder if the volume is turned down. Other than that it works.

    MY SON NEEED THIS, SO HE WENT AND BOUGHT IT. HE WAS EXCITED TO FIND OUT THAT BB SOLD IT AND COULD GO AND PICK IT UP IMMEDIATELY AND USE IT QUICKLY. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

    Microsoft really needs to rethink there position in this game. I mean Obviously you need this adapter to use your Turtle Beach Headset with your Xbox one. So at least they did that. To many features on the adapter causing your Controller battery to Die quicker than advertised. A mute button would have been just fine! I mean why put volume controls on the adapter. The Tb headsets already have that. Serves its purpose while chewing up battery life! I would only recommend to a friend if they need to use their Headset. other wise NO!

    I've had one break on me so I don't love it but I don't hate it either. If I was dating it I certainly wouldn't take it home to mom or to a nice steak restaurant. It would be more of a lets meet for drinks type of deal.
