Comes with a 3.5 mm extender in case your headphone jack does not fit easily into your controller. Also includes a micro USB cable which you will need to connect your controller to your Xbox to install an update required to use this hardware.

Does its job but hard to figure out the settings

The adapter cable for the adapter for the audio cable is akward and gets in the way but the adapter does allow my XP400 headset to work with chat without the kinect.
