Hopefully an update will be coming out to remedy this. The chat volume is fine but the quality of in game sound needs adjusting.

The only setback with item is that they do not offer an protection plan for in case the item gets damaged which is a shame because basically everything I purchase for my husband (bull in a China shop) from best buy I usually has a protection plan
