Honestly, this shkuld have been there from day 1, Microsoft. It's a little pricey for a missing feature, but cheaper than a new controller.

Should be built in headsets

Works fine but shouldn't have to be a separate purchase when needing to communicate for Xbox Live. Disappointed I had to spend another $25 on top of the headset price.
