I prefer Playstation controllers since they do not need batteries but the good thing about these controls are that you can recharge it. I typically use re-chargeable batteries while the controller is charging on another control. It is not very different than the regular controllers if you use rechargeable batteries.

If you want to avoid replacing batteries and don't want to have a charging station in your gaming room, this is a great alternative. The cord is long enough to game comfortably while charging.

This is the standard Xbox controller and it is more than adequate for us. I do recommend getting the rechargeable battery pack for them. They tend to chew through batteries in no time.

Controller works well, the only thing I don't care for is that you need to charge with USB and not a docking station. Just need to purchase longer USB cords so you can charge and play.

I purchased the wireless controller, thanks to the agent. I would have never kept in mind the distance from the system and the position someone is playing. Great detail from the agent.

I think that buying a Xbox one controller and not buying a rechargeable battery for the controller is just stupid because you don't have to to keep buying batteries for the controller.

If you buy an Xbox, you will need this basic package. Don't be tempted by the pretty controllers that do not come with rechargeable batteries. You will spend a fortune on batteries.

Nice controller with smooth controls. I like the Xbox controllers way better than ones from other consoles. The Xbox one controller has a natural fit in the hands. Its fantastic.

My son got this for Christmas and he is very happy with it. I makes it easy for him and for me to go wireless. Charging kit is very convenient. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Thank Goodness xbox decided to continue their rechargeable controllers. For an average player, you can use up batteries quickly, and batteries are NOT cheap. It is so worth it.

I got this item for my son because he was using too many batteries. It works great and he love it. Excellent purchase. I am probably going to buy another one.

This controller works great don't get me wrong but 75 dollarssss!?!?!? Wow I had an Xbox 360 and I thought those controllers were expensive. Does its job, better last forever!!!

My kids hate the controllers with cords. They get so into the games they would pull the console right off the shelf. Talk about saving me money on a console.

Great feel, quick response and no lag because it comes with its own micro usb cord that is gernerous in length. Only after 3weeks of heavy use in halo5 the right joystick started moving down on its own. So I had to return n reorder.

Even though it was a bit pricey at Best Buy I don't mind buying it from here because of the reward points you get back. As long as my daughter is satisfied I am satisfied

Must have. Say good-bye to regular batteries. Can also use when plugged in. Plugs in to the back of the Xbox which is not the most convenient but you have to get these.

This controller is user friendly, my son raves about the ease of this controller versus the other ones we have purchased.

We needed an extra control and love wireless, it's as described.

I must say it is a lot easier to just plug and play, rather than, continuously spending money on batteries. This item is perfect to buy during the holiday season.

In my opinion a wireless controller is a must. My only downer on this is that they took away the start and select labels on the buttons. This makes it hard to Navigate my wife on how to use the controller over the phone. She doesn't play the xbox but we use it for movies...
