Especially with the play and charge kit's long USB cable. I would usually use a phone charger to continue playing, but now I don't have to worry about being tethered so closely to the outlet.

The controller and play and charge kit bundle are a huge deal if you want both if these things at the same time. The controller would cost 60 dollars normally, as well as the play and charge kit would cost 25 dollars by itself. You save a total of 10 dollars which makes the play and charge kit practically free. Both the controller and play and charge kit work wonderfully.would recommend to another gamer trying to save as much money as possible.

Always grab the controller with the charge kit included. Save a few bucks when purchasing as a bundle rather than buying later and paying more for the separate charging kit.

This controller is just like the one that comes with the XBOX One. You can use the charge kit to charge the controller or to continue to play when the charge is gone.

charge holds for a long time and works great. Easy to read charger kit as well.

I bought this as a second unit for my system and it's perfect! The original controller would randomly shut off when I used traditional batteries during heavy vibration... this has had none of that occur (though it uses a battery pack which also seemed to cure the original) and with the included cable I can play even during charging

We we're happy to make this purchase with our new Xbox one, it was slightly more then the regular battery controller, but we like the idea of charging it, and saving money with not having to purchases batteries all the time, so it was deffinatly worth the few extra bucks.

My favorite part about this item is the very long charging cable. It extends very long (not sure off the top of mynhead how long), long enough for me sit on the couch and still be connected (at least 5 feet away). No batteries is a huge plus too, definitely recommend.

All the XBox Controllers use AA batteries so if you want to save money you will need the Plug and Charge kit. So why would you buy the parts separately when you can get one kit, especially if you can get it on sale. The only other option is rechargeable batteries, which I find to be annoying while in this case you can continue to play while you charge the controller.

It's an xbox one controller, way better at playing games on an xbox one that a playstation controller.

Love that you can play wireless with a long battery life, but even when the battery does die, you can keep playing & it doesn't take long to charge. Never an issue.

It turned out that this does not work on a PC even though I was told that it would. Had to return it and get a different controller.

My daughters needed an extra wireless controller and this fit the bill. Don't have to wory about buying batteries.

Great way to save on batteries over the lifetime of the controller - especially when you tend to not disconnect the controller when you walk away for longer than you expected. (yes, it will turn off automatically, but, it's still using battery life before it gets to that point).

Buttons are within easy reach, good design for holding controls, placements of buttons is very well done.
