    Poor Design Choice

The micro USB port on the front of the controller is a poor design choice. If you are plugged into the play and charge kit and drop the controller I can almost promise you it will not work correctly again. The port wears out way too quickly and I don't understand why they couldn't have created a connection like they used on the 360 controllers. I would not recommend staying connected to the play and charge kit while gaming because even normal use will wear the connection out. I've been through two controllers already and I have been extremely careful with the second one. Very poor design choice in my opinion. I finally broke down and purchased an aftermarket wired controller.
