||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just received the Xbox one x, and very few of the menus work, and the system is moving extremely slow, even after the first required update and reboot. I have tried restarting the machine again upon the advice of a Microsoft gamer on the company website support center, but it didn't work. It is upsetting that I now have to take it into the store for an exchange or return. I purchased about 10 games, and I can't use any until I exchange the unit. The controller activated and linked to the machine, but it wouldn't allow me to access required toggle boxes on the screen to finish the sign-up. I am basing my review on the problems I have had with this machine, and it may be a factory defect or problem created during shipping. Based on my experience so far, I wouldn't recommend.

We're sorry to hear that you're missing your digital codes for the games that come with this bundle. The codes are printed on paper inserts that are packed inside the box. We recommend re-checking the box to make sure that the inserts are not trapped in one of the folds of the box.

elite controller issue

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.do not buy the elite controller, I had this 6 months and began experiencing a left thumb stick drift issue, I contacted Microsoft and they replaced it right away, but 4 months after it was replaced the new one had the same problem. I began researching it online and found this is a known issue with the controllers that xbox will not address. I love the console, but the controllers are garbage. just buy the basic controllers because you'll be replacing them ever 4-6 months. depending on usage.

What a hassle! Password and more passwords, create accts, verify accts. just to play a game! Kept getting error codes. Called Microsoft support and they couldn’t figure it out. Spent over an hour on the phone. Microsoft you need to take some pointers from PlayStation! Returned Xbox for PlayStation! Plug and play!

Before the Xbox X I had the original Xbox one it was alright at the time but I felt like it was time to upgrade. As soon as I hook up the consol and start playing just cause 4 I could tell a big difference in visuals and FPS. Color and textures will pop out more Especially from far off. I highly recommend this consul to anybody who loves gaming. Also this consul looks pretty on 1080p TVs but if you want the full experience from this consul I would get a 4K TV

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had several months to play with this Xbox one X now and i can say WOW, coming from a first generation Xbox the processing speed is much faster, load times are less, the 4k graphics really bring out a different level especially in single player story driven games. The gold rush color has gotten me many compliments and trade offers! The only downside i can really find with it is that its a little difficult remembering where the eject disc button is.
