Only thing ps4 has over xbox is their exclusive games, so depending on whether those games are something you would like to play then xbox would be the choice for you

I had always been a PS guy growing up but our 9yr old wanted an Xbox. It's great. No complaints and worth the $$ when it's discounted

It came with the additional controller, which we used right away. It loads fast and however it does take awhile for some games to download, but I blame that on (cox cable :)).

Was looking to start gaming again so decided to get this console when it went on sale during the holidays. Comes with 4K media player which makes games and videos great to watch on tv.

I think it needs more gusto. I'm not excited for the new console since it's like "cool....thanks for letting me drip thousands on games and then you get a new console" but it is what it is. Life is life.
