Microsoft wouldn’t make an exception , and Best Buy didn’t help either. Very frustrated. I sent it to a third party who fixed it for less than Microsoft offered to replaced it with a refurbished unit.

Faster load times, better graphics, and better looks. With the increasing demand most AAA titles put on console hardware, the One X provided instant improvements from the One S. Load times were cut down, graphics looked a lot better (your tv will impact the graphics improvement), and this console can handle the intense games with a stable FPS. Stable FPS has been a huge questionable area since launch, but patches have improved the stability.
