Playing the star wars jedi game the console froze on me at least 1-2 times per day and always at a time when I'm fighting lots of guys or in the middle of an important fight. Also last night before turning it off I noticed that when I Did some action in the game the fan kicks on super high and i could hear it like hitting the shroud or making a weird noise. Ive only owned on other xbox before this and it was the xbox 360 and holy smokes what an issue those were. I guess these are no better. Definitely going to be returning asap. VERY DISAPPOINTED.... thought this was going to help during these times.

If you haven't already returned it, we recommend that you make sure that it's in a well-ventilated spot and that its vents are unobstructed. Games load fairly quick and the video quality is hi res. Would have given 5 stars, but there was a scuff and scratch markings on the controller when opening the box for the first time.
