Was more than I expected for the money. Navigation not as intuitive as I might have liked.

If you have a PC probably don't bother, but if you don't I'd have to recommend this over a PS4.

love the 4k resolution on my 4k TV would recommend.

I love the xbox experience and playing games online.

I was a playstation fan but PS 4 was not as good as I thought it would be Xbox is much better

Less than a month after my purchase, the HDMI reader went out. I did all the troubleshoot recommendations to no avail. Glad I didn't sell or trade my old Xbox one. Sending it in for repair/replacement. Will gove a further review when my Xbox One X comes back.

my son could not install the star wars game it keeps asking him to pay the full price.

This Xbox is very good for the price I got it on sale and it was a very good buy.

Its works great but they break down after 2 years it could use a new game system

Xbox 1 x is a great game system for kids and adults. Im happy with purchase.

It is a powerful console and it has cool hardware features like the HDMI in port. However, I didn't like that it required an Internet connection during its setup process. Also, I wish it would have played Blu-ray discs out of the box so I wouldn't have to download an app from the Internet.

I'm starting this with a 1 Star rating as this will make the 2nd Xbox one X I have purchased. While the console was amazing for the first year it slowly started stalling with "trouble reading...." errors and the console would subsequently freeze. 3 months after the warranty expired it was freezing every session. I did not purchase the extended warranty but, to be honest expect the machine to work more than a year. My options to fix at that point were $270 through Microsoft where you send the console off to them and they fix or replace the unit. After paying $500 for the console originally i wasn't interested in making it $770. I took the one x to my local computer repair shop to see what was wrong and maybe get it repaired cheaper. Diagnosed as "failed hard drive" caused by "damaged oem driver"?... In short the local guy said it was a common issue for the hard drives to fail after about a year due to issues created during the assembly process by damaged parts. He quoted $100 for new hard drive, $25 for other parts and $100 for the repair....$225 total and would test after fix but could not guarantee long term. I paid my local guy, fix, tested and got it back in a week. Total for that machine had now cost me $725. A couple of weeks after the repair the machine was failing again with the same error codes. At that point I was extremely frustrated and started playing on my kids consoles as the one x became essentially a $725 paper weight after a year and 6 months. With that, I work a ton and really enjoy playing destiny 2 as a stress reliever. To be honest, its all I play and I never noticed just how much the one x out performed the original Xbox ones. I have two of other Xbox ones which I handed down to my kids for their rooms as they got older. I started playing on my sons firsr and it was very slow. Slow loading,, etc.. To verify their wasn't something different with the individual machines I downloaded Destiny 2 on my daughters and played a few sessions on both. There was no real difference i could tell between the two. What was then clear was the incredible difference between the x box one and the xbox one x, the speed difference is incredible. The load times are incredibly long on the x one for Destiny 2 specifically. It would take 4-5 minutes just to load the character selection screen and during game play the time to load the weapon-armor, quest tabs etc was so long it really made playing frustrating. The xbox one x really made a huge difference in enjoying my favorite stress reliever. At that point I was pretty upset as I realized I am an xboxer. An Xboxer all the way back to the original. I purchsed the original at launch, a 360 at launch and upgraded to a 360 elite due the red ring of death. Bought two Xbox ones (yes, one at launch) and a 2nd as my family grew and then upgraded to an Xbox one x for myself. I'm pretty disappointed that playing on Xbox one x I will cost me $1,025 in total as I just ordered a second machine. Additionally, after all the history and money I've spent with Microsoft over the years I was motivated to post this review. With all of that said, I will be back after the one year warranty expires on this new machine to update this review. With new consoles coming out this fall I figure it will be the determining factor for staying with Microsoft and purchasing a Series X or if issues with the machine arise again it will be clear that it is time to give Sony a try with the Playstation 5. I'll let you know in a year. New Xbox one x delivers tomorrow and there is a long Destiny 2 session i can't wait to jump into with no waiting to play for loading delays and HDR (in addition to not taking my kids time from on their consoles).

Works great, price is a bit too much tho , a cheaper price would be much nicer.

This obvious cash grab takes advantage of people. its a digital download even no reason other than squeezing more money. Didn't want the game and don't play it. TBH don't even really see the difference in graphics between this and the 360 but if you want the new titles you have to switch
