We're glad that you're enjoying your new Xbox One X! It sounds like you may not have found the copy of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Deluxe Edition that's included with this bundle. If that's the case, the code good for a full-game download is printed on a card that's inserted inside the packaging. We recommend re-checking the packaging to make sure it wasn't accidentally missed.

They were not able to give it to us either after the fact. Si we spent more than what the sale said we would.

Price was awesome with a free controller and a game. Microsoft needs to revise the dashboard, it's a cluttered mess with ads everywhere.

Pick up was quick and staff was friendly. There was an issue with my consoles HDMI port from day one. It would flash a blank black screen then go back to normal. I bought a new, expensive HDMI cable but it continued to flash in and out. It wasn’t enough to bother me at the beginning but less than 3 months after my purchase the screen completely went out. The rest of this review is for the poor service I got from Microsoft. I contacted their support department and they sent me a shipping label with instructions to mail in the console to have it repaired. The instructions were simple: remove any disc that may be in the disc tray and to remove my profile. I put the bundle in its original box and shipped it out. Never heard from Microsoft except a general Email notifying me that they received it and then another Email when they shipped it back to me 60 days later. They shipped only the console. No power, HDMI cable and no controller. They didn’t even indicate if it was a repair they had done or a replacement. No phone call or Email from a staff member. Just a general Email that I wasn’t able to respond to. Their support center is pointless in this matter—they won’t connect you with anyone directly. Just a digital chat with a bot or a chat with what they call a “gamer,” which is literally a gamer who doesn’t work for Microsoft in any formal way. I have my digital code for the game, but surprise I can’t use it again for the repaired/replacement console. I’ll be trying out Sony when I’m ready for a new gaming console. Buyer beware before trusting Microsoft
