Another product purchased from Bestbuy that arrived with heavy damage to the packaging. Resellers can expect a total loss on purchases, and those planning on keeping an item for personal use can only hope the product doesn't sustain damage through the packaging. I would recommend purchasing this item from another retailer that cares not only about their own profits but also about customer satisfaction. Many of these items sell out quickly and therefore cannot be replaced. Done with Bestbuy for good.

The console was sold to me by a woman who scanned the wrong product! That messed up the entire return because they couldn’t find the one she scanned! The console had some problems so now I have to send it into Microsoft when I still have a whole month that I could have returned it to the store. Also the item went on sale four days after I bought it with free controller included and I couldn’t get those savings so now I basically paid 540 dollars for a broken console! Avoid buying this here at all costs!

I been with Best Buy for a long time I have good credit to buy anything I like I bought xbox X on black Friday A-day or 2 before black Friday I wanted to return it so I can buy the new xbox does coming out I took it back they open did and they said we didn't sell you this xbox the Box number and a side of the xbox console it was in the same I got ripped off Once I finish pain of whatever bills I have with them I am cutting my card I will never ever do business with Best Buy again

Ordered the Xbox bundle and 3 month Game pass from our local Best Buy. Picked up curbside. Everything went great till I started looking for the codes for the Game pass. Going on 4 weeks now. 5 phone calls to Best Buy(local and corporate headquarters) and several emails to Microsoft trying to get the code to download. Everyone says to check my junkman. Not there never sent! Last phone said it would be resent in the next hour or two. That was 6 hours ago.

Had to buy a replacement console since my Xbox One X literally just passed the warranty period. Hopefully this one lasts longer than my previous one.

I was there to return my XboX ,the lady name Vanessa looks like weird,Shes's said wait a seco nd and i just said a second is alredy passed,and she with not friendly face said so" keep counting and learn to wait" I said it's just a joke are you stressed ? she didn't say anything. for me is a bad costumer service from this lady,if best buy teach something like that,is not good at all.I will tell my friends to not buy in this store ,with kind people like that

Purchased 12/17/19, quit on me 3/10/20. Maybe I just had stellar luck with my previous Xbox 360 and One, fortunately I still have my old original One to fall back to. Now comes the BS of having to deal with an, obviously, inferior product. Thanks....for not even a solid 3 months of service. Nice....Lucky for us all we are getting ready to go through another Microsoft stepping stone console....THE X!! can't wait......wonder how the PS plays

Bought this on March 21, 2020. As of this date, July 22, 2020 it is back at Microsoft for the second repair. Each repair takes 2 weeks. Both times it has been for the "no video issue" that I was not aware of. After having this issue and search the web I have have found it is a VERY common issue. I would search this issue if you are considering buying an xbox one. I would not recommend ANYONE buy one of these.

Fresh out of the box and set up for kids at Christmas, it would not play disks. had to take back for an exchange on the day after.

The Box said that they would be a code printed out on my receipt for 3 months of Xbox game pass no codes printed out on my receipt

My new Xbox One X from Best Buy was clearly a refurbished model. It works so far, but I still feel deceived.

Worked well for six months, after that the error e101 appeared and never worked again

Games keep freezing no matter what kind of setting adjustments I make. I will be returning....

Happy with the purchase! And all the fun that comes with a gaming system. Much faster processor, easy set up, and I was able to quickly set up my extra storage device.

Bought the Xbox before quarantine and then was unable to return it due to "Covid 19" precations. Now I have to wait two to three more weeks to have Microsoft send me a box so that they can fix the Xbox. Worst part was, the Xbox can't even download the games you pay good money for.

A few games and the hd is already 30% full? Very disappointed.

Missing stuff, I was missing a power cord and the cord connected to the TV I had to use my old Xbox cords to connect my new Xbox you got a wait weeks to schedule appointments to bring stuff back but you can order something like a new Xbox and pick up the next day

Since I purchased the Xbox One X, I've been playing via gamepass and Xbox Live. Once I tried to play a disc game such as GTA5, the game does not load and kept booting me out to the home screen. I tried other discs and still nothing works.

You think I would learn my lesson. Died after 2 months. I don't even game more than 4-5 hrs a week. So disappointed. Don't waste your money don't waste your money on elite controller as that died 1 week after the warranty period.

Not happy terrible slow at game installs even downloads seem to take forever. I bought because it was on sale. I also like the forza series but definitely feeling buyers remorse. I think I might be done with Microsoft consoles
