WARNING! Arrived heavily damaged!

Resellers can expect a total loss on purchases, and those planning on keeping an item for personal use can only hope the product doesn't sustain damage through the packaging. I would recommend purchasing this item from another retailer that cares not only about their own profits but also about customer satisfaction. Many of these items sell out quickly and therefore cannot be replaced. Done with Bestbuy for good.

Don’t buy this at Best Buy!

That messed up the entire return because they couldn’t find the one she scanned! The console had some problems so now I have to send it into Microsoft when I still have a whole month that I could have returned it to the store. Also the item went on sale four days after I bought it with free controller included and I couldn’t get those savings so now I basically paid 540 dollars for a broken console! Avoid buying this here at all costs!

Picked up curbside. Everything went great till I started looking for the codes for the Game pass. Going on 4 weeks now. 5 phone calls to Best Buy(local and corporate headquarters) and several emails to Microsoft trying to get the code to download. Everyone says to check my junkman. Not there never sent! Last phone said it would be resent in the next hour or two. That was 6 hours ago.

Maybe I just had stellar luck with my previous Xbox 360 and One, fortunately I still have my old original One to fall back to. Now comes the BS of having to deal with an, obviously, inferior product. Thanks....for not even a solid 3 months of service. Nice....Lucky for us all we are getting ready to go through another Microsoft stepping stone console....THE X!! can't wait......wonder how the PS plays

Cheap inferior hardware

As of this date, July 22, 2020 it is back at Microsoft for the second repair. Each repair takes 2 weeks. Both times it has been for the "no video issue" that I was not aware of. After having this issue and search the web I have have found it is a VERY common issue. I would search this issue if you are considering buying an xbox one. I would not recommend ANYONE buy one of these.

Broke Within Two Weeks of Purchase.

Now I have to wait two to three more weeks to have Microsoft send me a box so that they can fix the Xbox. Worst part was, the Xbox can't even download the games you pay good money for.

Xbox One X not reading discs

Once I tried to play a disc game such as GTA5, the game does not load and kept booting me out to the home screen. I tried other discs and still nothing works.

Already died

I don't even game more than 4-5 hrs a week. So disappointed. Don't waste your money don't waste your money on elite controller as that died 1 week after the warranty period.
