I bought this for someone as a Christmas gift, and it's perfect. It's smaller than your regular xbox and easy to store anywhere or even take with you if you're wanting to play at a friends house. Best part - no physical discs needed, so simple.

It looks much much better in black, it’s so sleek and appealing. Love all of the storage that i have. And the 349$ for the 1TB is a steal . About 380$ after taxes.

It is an amazing console. Wish it had more launch titles. It starts up fast and you are up and playing games in seconds. It is a great size. Can't wait to see what developers bring in the future to this console.

I bought this as a gift for my husband. He loves it! He plays with me and the kids. It’s a good way to bond as a family. We like how sleek it looks in our bedroom. We love the all digital feature and storage space. This purchase was totally worth it.

11 year old was above the moon when he opened this! It’s nice not having to buy discs for the console. 1TB is great but will need to get an expansion card at some point. Easy to set up and use. Downloading can be time consuming.

I’ve switched to Xbox since I’m on pc and can use the game pass. It’s the perfect console for a living room or game room. It’s small and compact so it can fit anywhere and the 1tb of space is great

I barely write reviews. I used to have the xbox series x but sold it during a time of need. I purchased this series s and gamepass, now i have 21 games to keep me entertained. On the xbox series x games are much larger, with this one i have 21 games. They play awesome and in 1440p at 120 hz on my gaming monitor, it is the best, plus I avoid getting dizzy from low frame rates on standard tvs. I’d say that it’s more worth it to purchase this xbox series s, then to invest in a series x. If you get a external memory expansion, you’d double or triple the amount of games you could have. Games perform better than on a gaming laptop with a better graphics card. I’m very satisfied with this purchase! I recommend this console 1000%!

I LOVE THIS CONSOLE!! It was such an awesome purchase and was very much needed. It is super portable and just as powerful as the series X.

I Love this gaming system. My son loses games sometimes. When I saw that it was all digital it was the perfect choice. He had one before but I love that this one is black.

I finally jumped at the opportunity to upgrade from an xbox one to the new Series S with 1TB of storage. This thing is sooooo much faster than my XB1 and i like being able to download games without a disc. Grab this. You will not be disappointed!

The compact design is a costume for this beast. The power and quality is incredible. The extra storage is always well worth it. It's quiet, sleek and the black really gives this a great design and a wonderful addition to the gaming setup.

I picked up the Xbox Series S and have been blown away by its speed and performance. Games load almost instantly, and the graphics look fantastic even without 4K.

Way better than my xbox one s, plus its even smaller

I bought the xbox series s carbon black 1tb to try it out and compare it with my Xbox series X. Well it started out good but from my own observations the series s was slow and lagged in the main menu and it also froze up when I tried installing hogwarts legacy. Graphics wise it’s not terrible but definitely a step below the xbox series X. I really wanted to like the xbox series s carbon black because honestly it looks slick and is very tiny in comparison to the series x. However I wish Microsoft could have just made the series s just as powerful as the series x, But we all know that will never happen. So to sum it up I returned the series s and will stick with the xbox series X. Make sure if you do decide to buy the series S just know that it’s all digital and digital games are quite more expensive than disc games. Also the hardware is better on the xbox series x and runs much smoother than the series s. Hope this helps if you’re trying to decide.

I rather have this console than the X series due to its sleek design. The performance on this console is really well build for its price. I recommend this over the X Series

Strong performance when it counts in gaming and design. Great upgrades all around for this console. Highly recommend for first time gamer or for someone looking to upgrade their older Xbox.

It’s an amazing console for the price your basically saving money getting this one instead of ps5 or series x because you can buy a disc reader also and travel screen attachments

I liked the ability to store it in small places or even bring it somewhere with you because of the small size. However the storage and ability to play new games is impressive.
