Extremely professional customer service. The product has been efficient and the staff offers me advice when needed. Always looking to help customers out. I love my Xbox it was affordable and a great gift to myself.

I really like the black instead of the classic white. Performance so far is good no complaints. Game pass also has a large selection of free games.

Didn’t want to get another series X so settled with the series S and it works just as well.

The only thing he doesn’t like is not being able to use games that were bought with a disk … other than that he loves it and fixing his old one to play games already bought with a disk … Xbox should make it so ppl that bought the disk version can also access it on their account so they are not needing to rebuy games ..
