I was excited to try out this little mini console. I figured it wasn't much difference between this and the series. X the only difference was the extra power and RAM and 4K capabilities between this and the series X. Ever since I got this console I have issues all the time and by issues I mean random static on my TV. The console will freeze up entirely and will randomly disconnect from the Wi-Fi so I switch to ethernet which it still continues to disconnect from that and most games freeze up on this console and I don't understand why my series x has never given me this many issues before, but ever since I got the series s I figured since all of my titles are digital and because as one terabyte of memory it just made sense to get this smaller version of the Xbox, but it's been mostly a headache. I even considered trading it in for a PS5 but who knows I just might in the near future.

Customer service was outstanding!! We literally went in knowing nothing about game systems, the young man who helped us was very knowledgeable !! The system is perfect for us!!

While not the strongest console you can buy, the bang for your buck with this console definitely is good! Fits on a desk for that yoe of set up!

The system is streamline and perfect for gaming or general streaming. The system is set up similar enough to the older xbox1 systems that it only takes minutes to get it readu to play.

first time getting a brand new console and i think it's amazing i can play any game i want now and it's fun to mess around with my buddies honestly love it a lot hopefully it lasts a long time lol

Amazing, great, did have to buy a external hard drive for more space but that’s okay

Bought 2 of these to satisfy my 2 younger boys. Was gonna get white ones with memory card but this was better deal. Also keeps them in their room and off of my x and wife's s. Don't forget rechargeable batts

Good console it has little to no flaws runs smoothly no complaints really.

I was debating weather or not to get a new on or a pre owned on from a third party, but it’s safer to just stick with Best Buy

I bought this for my son 9th birthday and he loves it soo much. I love how small it is, which makes it easy to store.

One of the best updated consoles out! if only more people would understand the unique pricing and software without the comparing of consoles.. this really is a better console.

We were originally a playstation family but gave in because my fiance wanted to play an xbox exclusive game. The play pass is nice. Good system so far.

Brought for my sons birthday. He is enjoying every moment of it. No issues with this device and came with everything the box said. My other son want one for his birthday I would be buying again

Its solid for the price. No issues so far and much better than my Sega Genesis

The Gamimg system is awesome my daughter's are having sych a great time playing the game & downloading games the transition from the previous xbox was a easy & smooth one.
