Amazing! Thank you Best Buy. I appreciate you doing the best to avoid scalpers and get consoles in person to the hands of true fans. I managed to score one here in El Paso. This is my first modern console since the Xbox 360. And let me tell you, it’s AMAZING. It even plays my old original dead or alive games from original Xbox after you install an update. A little bit of patience with this thing and it will become your best friend! Amazing load times and graphics. Just pure bliss. Best wishes to you still hunting. I love this limited edition version. Its certainly cooler than just the plain black box looking system of the regular version. It runs just as nicely but it looks nicer.

There's really no point in a review of this beauty! Excellent in every way. We are life long gamers and were lucky enough to be able to purchase two of these on the day of release. Spent 9 hours camping out in line and it paid off! My only gripe about the system is the controller. After heavy use, the controller develops a "drift" and cannot be fixed. This has happened on not 1 but 3 controllers since the day I bought it. Overall the system is great and the Halo graphics look amazing.

I’ve played halo since halo 2, & I’ve gotten most collectors editions of halo since. I finally got the chance to snag one of these consoles to replace my OG Xbox One elite from 2015. This does not disappoint. The speed, fluidity, & resolution are amazing compared to the XB1. At $550, it’s definitely worth it, as you’re saving money vs buying a regular XSX & halo infinite, except you get a special start up sound, the amazing looks of the console, & the controller.

My husband and I went down to our local store the day before because we knew it was coming and we wanted to make sure we were able to get one for the family. As soon as we pulled in we saw the gates and my husband went inside and they confirmed in store only. My husband came back and stayed the night, 12 hrs of waiting in the cold but he got one. It is so nice... better than I could've expected. the detailing is absolutely beautiful and the graphics are amazing and I don't even play very much. I love that it comes with a game pass so my kids can try new games. So many negative reviews of service, this is suppose to be a review of the Xbox.

We all know how good both the Xbox Series X and the PlayStation 5 are. This review isn't for or about the consoles performance, but how beautiful of a presentation it provides. The base Series X is just flat out basic and has nothing going for it esthetically - let's be real here. However this console and controller bundled with Halo as a 20th anniversary edition is amazing. The controller feels and looks great. The console also looks great. Still the same cheap plastic material, the finish with the Halo inspired design makes it stand out! Glad I waited in line for this. Also a great move on making it in store only. However, I do feel bad for individuals that couldn't make it to these locations either on time or just in general. However, it did give players and individuals who truly wanted this console as fans versus the resellers with bots, who let's be real - would have taken up majority of this stock. So props to BB and MS for 1 making it in person and 2 for not hiding it behind total tech - which would have been scummy.

Absolutely stunning console. I didn't want an Xbox series X originally since I play on PC but when this was announced as a Halo fan growing up this was a mush have. To celebrate xbox and Halo on their 20th anniversary, this was a console worth owning. Did not manage to line up at BestBuy due to being sick but traded for a spare graphics card on HardwareSwap Subreddit for a decent even trade. I hope it restocks soon.

This Xbox is an awesome tribute to the fans that have been loyal to Halo since 2001. It was easy to setup using the Xbox app. I much prefer that over the constant singing in on previous consoles. The packaging felt very premium as well and that was a nice touch knowing it was secure during shipping. I am so excited to have this console as a part of my Halo collection!

Xbox Game Pass is the best value on the market for gaming, and unfortunately PS Plus doesn't match up. In the past years, most people preferred Sony consoles because it had more / better exclusives. This used to be the case. At this time neither next gen console really has a decent number of exclusives, (and any Xbox games can be played on PC if we're being technical). My Series X is also WAY more powerful and runs way higher end games way better with better FPS and quality. Unless Sony makes a huge overhaul to compete with Game Pass, or adds a boatload of exclusives, I can't fathom recommending it over an Xbox for this current generation. The only people recommending PS5 over Xbox are those that are stubbornly and blindingly dedicated, and not keeping an open mind to view the pros and cons.

This console is very aesthetically pleasing. It has a beautiful sound when turned on. To be honest thought other than it’s beautiful cosmetics it is just the Xbox console. Very power. Halo is amazing on it. Very highly recommended buy!

Bought to add to my living room as a media center and using it as one and as a dedicated gaming system it works great! It also stands out as a centerpiece, decorative even! Looks awesome on top of being a great console

Love it. Play it all the time when I have the chance. Controller got stuck after a while but the unit itself is solid.
